I’ve spent years repairing, restoring and improving homes, learning to look closely, with an artist’s eye, at what is already there before deciding what should change. I look beyond the obvious to find the most elegant and efficient solution, whether that means repairing, restoring, adapting, reusing or replacing.
My approach is simple: observe, discern, decide. I listen to the homeowner, understand what is needed, and weigh the options for cost, function and impact. I use that insight to preserve, repair or adapt when it is the better solution.
The goal is work that fits your life, works well, and leaves you feeling a little better than it did before.
